Aged for 28 days, this plentiful and incredible loin steak comes from very local farms and is served 'rib on' to give a really, really superior flavour and (as you would expect from our steaks) ' ...it eats like a dream...', finished with a mustard and tarragon butter and served with sea-salted house chips, freshly grilled Portabello mushroom, grilled beef tomato and spicy onion rings
